Announcing the 2026 Kentucky REALTORS® Leadership Academy Class!

Meet your 2026 Kentucky REALTORS® Leadership Academy! The purpose of the academy is to identify, educate, and mentor emerging leaders from all levels of REALTOR® organizations.

The class of 2026 will focus on four pillars of education, including Advocacy, Leadership Development, Professionalism, and Team Building.

How to Apply


Objectives of the KRLA program are:

To identify Kentucky REALTORS® who have demonstrated leadership potential through job-related and community activities.

To train participants by developing leadership skills.

To motivate participants by:
•  Increasing awareness of real estate and association management issues and challenges
•  Involvement in problem-solving activities on issues of current interest; and
•  Providing a network of leaders for the local, state, and national levels of the Association.

Scholarship:
The Kentucky REALTORS® Leadership Academy program offers one scholarship to a participant (or shared among participants) in the program. Named in memoriam of Carl Adams, a former REALTOR® and member of the 2005 LKYR class, the scholarship will fund tuition and is awarded based on committee recommendation.
