Annual Convention & Expo

The Kentucky REALTORS® Convention & Expo brings REALTORS® from across the Commonwealth together for four days of ideas, insight, connection and leadership. This year’s program is built around the issues shaping the business right now, and the opportunities ahead. From lead generation and video marketing to artificial intelligence, emerging technology and the latest housing market outlook, you’ll hear from nationally recognized experts who understand where real estate is going and what today’s professionals can do to stay ahead.

Ideas You Can Put to Work
Convention begins with a focus on connection and quickly gets down to business.

Jimmy Burgess opens Tuesday with The Lead Generation Playbook: 11 Trending Strategies for Next Level Growth, followed by sessions designed to help REALTORS® strengthen relationships, sharpen their marketing and make better use of today’s digital tools.

Carrie Little takes the stage for an afternoon keynote before getting hands-on with two topics that matter to modern real estate professionals: creating video quickly with Canva, CapCut and your phone, and turning short-form content on Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts into real business opportunities.

You’ll also have the chance to explore the Exhibit Hall, connect with industry partners and discover products, services and resources designed to support your business.

Wednesday brings a broader look at the forces changing real estate.

Dr. Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist at the National Association of REALTORS®, will share his perspective on the economy and housing market, giving Kentucky REALTORS® valuable context for the trends affecting buyers and sellers.

Then Craig Grant looks further ahead on the future of real estate technology and artificial intelligence, including big data, blockchain, cryptocurrency, next-generation homes, iBuyers and other innovations reshaping the industry. Later, his hands-on workshop will show attendees how to use Canva and AI to create stronger content and marketing materials.

Together with Appy Hour: The Tech & Tools Boosting Real Estate Businesses, these sessions give attendees practical ways to understand new technology and put it to work.

More Than Education
Some of the most valuable Convention moments happen outside the classroom.

Start the week by giving back through Volunteer with H.O.N.K., then reconnect with colleagues at the Welcome Reception: Putting for a Purpose. Spend time with exhibitors, meet REALTORS® from across Kentucky & build relationships you can take home with you.

Tuesday evening, the RPAC Riverboat Cruise offers another memorable opportunity to connect, while Wednesday night brings the Kentucky REALTORS® community together for the Installation Dinner & Ceremony honoring 2027 Kentucky REALTORS® President Al Blevins.

Be Part of the Association
Convention is also where the work of Kentucky REALTORS® moves forward.

Throughout the week, members have opportunities to participate in committee meetings, leadership activities, the Candidate Forum, regional caucuses and other association business. The week concludes Thursday with the Board of Directors and Annual Membership Meeting.
